Why Should You Rent From Howard Management Group?
Howard Management Group prides itself in maintaining a friendly working relationship with its tenants, from maintenance needs to handling complaints between tenants. Our staff is reachable via phone and email, and an emergency after-hours line is in place to handle urgent maintenance needs outside of business hours.
We offer a full range of lease options, depending on property and unit type. We also have multiple pet-friendly properties, with negotiable deposit amounts. Our screening process is quick and easy, with a refundable application fee of $30.00 (if another applicant has already been approved).
