Howard Management Group is a Corporation in the State of California that provides professional residential property management in the greater Los Angeles area. We specialize in the management of Single Family Homes, Individual “Condo” Units, and Buildings ranging from 2 to 100 Units.

Our international clients span the globe from: Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Canada, England & Germany Other clients include both local and out of state residents.

Howard Management Group offers full management contracts for all types of properties, with a sliding scale of negotiable fees. Each contract includes an Addendum outlining fees for overseeing and mitigating Large Scale Projects such as:

• Mold Remediation
• Roof Replacement
• Complete Re-Pipe
• Other large-scale construction
