David's responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Rental Income Receivables, and Debt Collection Management. He is also the Liaison of HOA Communications. David joined the HMG team in April 2008. Originally from Central California, he received his BA Degree from the University of California Santa Cruz, and moved to Los Angeles in 1998 where he began a career in Accounting and Finance. Over the past 12 years, he has gained experience in a wide range of finance functions which include Credit Analysis, and Budgeting and Forecasting.
