Established in 1996 and incorporated in 1998, our guiding principles are Efficiency, Integrity, & Value. We have grown exponentially by referral of satisfied clients, vendors and tenants. We have an “A” credit listing with the Better Business Bureau and pride ourselves in common sense and personalized service at competitive rates.

The company currently manages over 850 units, ranging from Single Family Residences to large Multi-Family Buildings. A slow and steady growth has provided the benefit of preserving a strategy of excellence with regard to customer service, regular technological advancements, and maintaining all current government policies. The fiscal success of the owner, the comfort of the tenant, and a benevolently maintained property, are three of the key standards of our management practices.

The business is comprised of Accounting, Maintenance, Operations and Leasing departments. All essential staff carry Smart Phones to augment effectiveness in the field during business and after hours. The Maintenance Department also has the benefit of a state-of-the-art PDA to aid in documentation and submittal of urgent work orders while in the field.

Streamlined organizational procedures, including guidelines for course of action & necessary measures, keep us ahead of the curve with regard to regular maintenance of the properties. We have vast experience mitigating issues such as fire damage, mold remediation, building renovations and large projects, as well as insurance claims, unlawful detainers (evictions) and City Inspections.

Over the course of our long career in the industry, we have developed excellent relations with a broad range of contractors, including painters, handymen, electricians, plumbers, roofers, pest control companies, general contractors, flooring specialists, mold remediation specialists, paving companies, vent and duct cleaners, etc.
